At Finishing Stitch Co., I provide professional longarm quilting designed to complement your quilt—not compete with it. My goal is to enhance the beauty of your piecing with thoughtful quilting that helps bring your vision to life.
What I Offer
Edge-to-Edge Quilting
A continuous quilting design stitched across your entire quilt top. Choose from a curated collection of designs, and I’ll help you select one that complements your quilt—not competes with it.
Custom Quilting
For quilts that call for something a little more personal. Custom quilting allows different designs or treatments within individual blocks and areas of your quilt. We’ll talk through your ideas and create a plan together.
Finishing & Binding
Want to take your quilt all the way to finished? I’ll create and attach your binding, then machine-finish it with coordinating thread for a clean, durable finish. Your quilt comes home completely finished and ready to use, gift, or display.
How It Works
1. Choose Your Quilting Service
Start by choosing Edge-to-Edge or Custom Quilting.
2. Choose Your Design
For Edge-to-Edge quilting, browse the design library and choose a design that complements your quilt. If you’re unsure, I’m happy to help.
3. Place Your Order
Enter your quilt dimensions and the requested details. Your quilting price is calculated from the size of your quilt.
4. Send Me Your Quilt
After your order is placed, I’ll send you shipping instructions. Package your quilt and send it my way.
5. I’ll Do the Finishing Stitch
I’ll quilt your quilt with care and keep you updated throughout the process. When it’s finished, your quilt will be ready to come home.
Pricing
Edge-to-Edge Quilting: $0.025 per square inch
Standard batting and thread are included.
Custom Quilting: $0.035 per square inch
Custom quilting is quoted based on the design and work involved.
Binding: $0.30 per linear inch
I’ll create and fully attach the binding to your quilt. If I provide the binding fabric, the fabric cost will be added separately.
Location
Finishing Stitch Co. is located in the Tri-Cities area of Washington. Local drop-off and pickup are available by appointment. Mail-in quilting is available nationwide.
